He was very informed and helped guide me in the direction I was looking to go. His communication with me throughout the experience was fantastic and the whole process from start to finish felt effortless, not rushed but thorough. Tim Guillette was fantastic to deal with. I never felt pressured in anyway and that’s a good thing because that does not work with me. I will simply just walk right out the door. Tim answered every question that I had. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. He knew more about a Ford product at a Chevrolet dealership than most Ford salesman know. He is the nicest car salesman I have ever dealt with. If you find yourself at Tasca Chevrolet, make sure you ask for Tim Guillette. He will make your buying experience and absolute pleasure. I travelled a long distance to find the perfect vehicle and Tim was the perfect sales consultant to help me through the process. He made sure all of my questions were handled in a very friendly, professional manner and ensured I was well taken care of during my visit. The showroom was amazing and everyone I dealt with made me feel welcomed. From the moment Tim greeted me until we shook hands before I left in my new vehicle, I truly felt like a valued customer. I've never had such an enjoyable, easy car buying experience like that before!

Great service and a.wonderful sales.team! I spent.the morning at the dealership for an oil.charge. While waiting, I checked.in with my.salesman Tim Guillette to see the new Trax for 2024. He has already.sold me 3 of them. He went through all.of the upgrades, new color choices and even we even took a new car out for a test. This was.my.pre-planning for a new car purchase 8mo to a year in the future. I left there with a good idea of what I plan to purchase. If you are in the market for a new or used car with no heavy sales pressure, with full explanations and answers for all of your questions, I highly recommend Tasca, the Chevy Trax and Tim!

Avoid these guys!
Avoid these guys! SKETCHY! Bought a traded in BMW. Tasca held car for 7 days after purchase to resolve a tire-sensor issue. They finally offered for me to take it home without fixing it and suggested i send them the bill. I needed the vehicle so I took it home and my 17 year old son resolved the issue in one hour. My local BMW dealership inspected the vehicle and identified a water pump that needed replacement. Even though I had the car in my possession for under 30 days the sales mngr Elian Khouri refused to fix it. At first he said "the car passed inspection so it's not our issue". Then he said, "it's only leaking coolant fluid slowly so my guys won't fix it". Then he said "well, you put over 1k miles on it, so we aren't obligated to fix it". Totally sleazy and incompetent people.

I had a great experience with everyone.
I had a great experience with everyone. They were all kind and explained the whole process. My vehicle needed some work prior to the purchase. Everything was looked over and fixed. My only complaint was that the detail of the interior of vehicle was not up to par. There were stains on the ceiling as well as some sticky substance in the arm rest compartment and cup holders.

Not recommending this dealership.
Not recommending this dealership. I purchased a 2022 truck from them and only found out after paying and showing up to pick it up that it only came with one key. The salesman, David, acknowledged this and promised he’d try to get me a second key. He never followed up. When I reached out, he ignored me. I brought the truck back in 4 weeks later due to an oil leak and asked the sales manager if they could help with the second key. He was unwilling to do anything. At the end of the day, a key is a small expense compared to the value of a happy, loyal customer. Instead, I left feeling misled and unimportant—and I’ll now make sure others know not to trust their word either. If they want to improve, they can start by standing behind what they say and actually taking care of their customers.

My car was having issues starting.
My car was having issues starting. It would start however it didn’t sound right when it was starting. I was given a quote for a new battery for over $300.00. My car has less than 30,000 miles and under 3 years old. I was then told that I had to pay out of pocket because my car was not giving any codes my factory warranty would not cover the replacement battery. Yet despite no codes I was informed by the service department that my battery is about to fail. They told me when my battery finally dies they will replace it if it’s within the factory warranty requirements. This is unacceptable. Being told that I need a new battery and it’s about fail with a quote for a new one only to be told that they won’t replace it until it completely dies and I am left stuck somewhere. When you pay over $40,000 for a new car and there something wrong with a battery and told it’s about to die the dealership should have replaced it for me. I don’t think I will purchase another car or recommend Tasca to anyone. Below is the quote the dealership sent me. I also wasn’t thrilled about them trying to up sell me on changing the Break Fluid with less than 30,000 miles??? Along with the injection system cleaning. However I understand this is the manufacturer recommendations. It’s sad never in my life have I ever heard of changing break fluid especially with less than 30,000 miles 🤷🏻♂️ Lastly then even tried to get me to buy a new cabin filter which I did 5 months before bringing the car to get serviced. I actually purchased a K&N air cabin filter. So the fact that they wanted to sell me one tells me either they didn’t check the old one or they just want more money. Edited on 12/12/2024 Last week the general manager reached out after hearing that I was displeased with the service/ battery issue. Again I must say he was very professional on the phone and recommended that I bring the car back to get further tested and recharge. I plan on taking it back and hopefully they will replace the battery for me even if it doesn’t throw a code. You can hear just how weak the battery is upon starting the car. It’s a hour drive to get to the dealership. I hope they don’t waste my time and effort with this next visit This review is to be continued after my next visit to the dealership. On 02/13/2025 I had to go to Tasca because the car was still having a hard time starting. However still was not throwing any codes. Gabby at service was extremely professional and helpful. She was finally able to get me a new battery. So I am amending my review to 4 stars. I would have given them 5 stars if they had just replaced it on the first time it was brought back. Other than that everyone at Tasca has been extremely professional and helpful. Thank you Tasca for fixing my battery issue.

I had been to 4 other dealerships with disappointing
I had been to 4 other dealerships with disappointing results. When i went to Tasca Chevy I was impressed how sincere and professional everyone was. Tim G. was honest and very helpful. His customer service was exceptional. David was patient assisting with showing me every button in the car. David was just as excited about the car as I was. They set up every app associated with the car. The manager even connected me with a scrap service to assist with my car. I highly recommend stopping by.
