Good communication and service.

I had some electrical issues with my car and couldn't find anyone locally to work on the problem in a timely or confident manner. I called Tasca in Woonsocket, 25 minutes from my location, after striking out with 5 other places. Service Provider Gabby answered the phone and I was immediately impressed by her professional and pleasant demeaner. She was able to make me an appointment 6 days from when I was calling and stated that she had an excellent tech in regard to electrical problems. I brought the car on the scheduled day and when I returned at the end of the day, the problem was resolved. I was so impressed that I made another appointment to return the following week to have some brake work done in order to pass inspection. She told me that I could wait this time since it would take only about 75 minutes which is exactly what took place. In these post - covid days of less than stellar customer service, I want to again thank Gabby for all her help and reassurances she gave me through the entire process. I hope her supervisors realize what an outstanding representative of their company that they have working for them.

Came in on a Saturday morning for an oil change was done within a hour quick efficient service. Service advisor was professor and humble made the appointment a breeze. I wasn’t sold services just to make a profit if it wasn’t needed. I was told if I needed it or not which is respectful and keeps me aware that I’m not being haggled just for a quick sale.

Gabriella is a very knowledgeable and kind Service Advisor. She makes visiting your Service Department a pleasure.

So my experience with Tasca Chevy in Woonscoket is hands down the best experience I have had!! First and foremost I would greatly say that Kevin Parra and Elian Khouri are the best guys to deal with when purchasing a vehicle from. Both of them were very accommodating. Pleasant to talk too. They definitely treated me like family. There was absolutely no pressure from them, and that's what I liked. I know from experience where sales managers and salesmen can pressure you into buying something especially when you tell them I would like to think about it. But they weren't like that at all. So above all, I personally would definitely recommend Tasca Chevy to anyone who is looking for a vehicle and would like to be treated like family with no pressure at all.

I’ve bought two cars from there and had great experiences both times. Joe is an awesome salesman, both times he got me into the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I had a small issue with a loan payoff and it was taken care of almost immediately. The CEO and GM both called and apologized and took care of it for me. Highly recommend!

Our deal didn’t end up working out but we enjoyed our experience. We were looking and fell in love with a 2016 tahoe that came in on trade in. Tim was an amazing sales person put the vehicle through the service department to make sure everything was good to go. And unfortunately a lot was found wrong with the vehicle. It’s very rare in this day to not only find an honest sales person but also an honorable dealer. We will definitely be recommending Tasca to friends and family for this alone.

Just wow!!!. I was in a bind, transmission module needed. I called Imperial, where I bought my dually diesel truck in Mendon MA on July 15th. I told them I knew the problem, but a dealership had to do the job. They told me they could get me in on August 28th!! I said I really need my work truck by July 19th. Nope, they had employees out on vacation. Service after the sale? Nope. My husband called around, and Tasca was able to get me in on the 17th and have my truck back by the 22nd. I borrowed my husband's truck for the weekend. They had my truck done before promised. I can't say enough about how I was treated at this dealership when I wasn't even a customer. Thank you!!!

Tim was great made the process quick and easy. I have a suggestion for the GM. Make sure you provide two keys and an owners manual for all used cars. Make the customer pay a few hundred dollars more on top of the sale is cheesy. The price was not argued over at all.
