We are seniors and bought our lovely car this week from Tasca Chevrolet. Our superb salesperson was David Rainha. Buying our first car in many years, we needed a salesperson that was patient and not pushy. David was the perfect balance of honesty, knowledge and of course he was just a nice guy. We bought a gorgeous used Hyundai Tucson; in like new condition and very low mileage. When the sales manager Paul took our now old car out for a spin, possibly for a trade in, the car died and had to be towed back to the dealership and it could not be started. We were an hour or so away from home, and evening was coming. David had his very nice assistant Brandon drive us all the way back home. During the days before the purchasing of the car David made sure it was perfect. New tires were installed and the car was immaculate. David even arranged for Brandon to pick us up from our home on the day we got the car. We then went on to another wonderful example of the quality of this dealership and met with the business manager. Maurice was wonderfully patient, explained all of our options and gave us honest and affordable ideas for warranty coverage. I have a 36 year background in customer service; this dealership and staff just amazed me and my husband. My final coment is that David was so happy for us because he knew we would be happy with the experience for many years to come.

Unfortunately my assigned advisor left the company, so I had a small delay in communication but they were still on top of my service work all along the way and no delay in completing the work! I had originally written a five-star review for Tasca Chevrolet on the grounds of excellent and courteous staff, clean and impressive showroom, and drive-in service bay. However, I am forced to reduce my score due to miscommunication from sales staff regarding vehicle certification -- I was under the impression my almost-new vehicle would be Chevy Certified, but six months after the fact I find out that it is not. I don't suspect malicious intent, only a training issue, but it is a large disappointment.

I always feel welcomed when calling or bringing my vehicle in. Everything is well explained and reviewed before any work is done. I am always kept informed by the team and appreciate all their efforts! I don’t usually bring my vehicle to the dealer except for a recall. The Tasca team has earned my trust and business.
