My truck had a service message on Sunday. I was able to create a service appt online for Monday morning. Jasmine greeted me warmly and made me feel very comfortable and I knew right away I was in good hands. Jasmine got me in and out quickly and called me after they figured out I needed a part replacement and that they would need my truck for at least two days. Possibly more. She offered me a car rental and processed that in the afternoon so I wasn’t left stranded. My truck was complete the next day and I’m all set. Very friendly and professional group. I will definitely set them as my preferred dealership. Jasmine is a treasure and should be applauded for her dedication to service.

We are new to the area and needed to have service on our vehicle. I did shop around and called a few places. I have to say, “ you had me from hello” ! Customer service was excellent and so I booked the appointment. We were so impressed by everything. The location, cleanliness, professionalism and the service. Oil change was quick and there was a virtual video sent by mechanic as he was under the truck.

Another great experience with Tasca Chevrolet in Woonsocket! I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from them, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. I especially want to recognize General Manager Jay, Sales Manager Paul, my salesman Dave, and my previous salesman Jordan. All four of them were great to work with and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Paul especially went out of his way to make sure I felt welcomed and appreciated as a returning customer. He worked with me to put together a deal I felt really good about and made it clear that earning my business was important to him. Jordan had helped me with my previous purchase, and I would have worked with him again, but he wasn’t working the day I originally came in. Even though I had already started working with Dave, Jordan still made a point to come over and check in with me when he was back, which I really appreciated. Dave did a great job taking over and helping get everything completed. Jay, Paul, Dave, and Jordan all contributed to making this another great buying experience. It’s nice to do business with a dealership where you feel like your business is genuinely valued and you’re treated like a returning customer rather than just another sale. Very happy with the Wrangler and the deal we put together. I would absolutely recommend Tasca Chevrolet in Woonsocket and will continue to consider them first for future purchases.
