Not recommending this dealership.
I purchased a 2022 truck from them and only found out after paying and showing up to pick it up that it only came with one key. The salesman, David, acknowledged this and promised he’d try to get me a second key. He never followed up. When I reached out, he ignored me.
I brought the truck back in 4 weeks later due to an oil leak and asked the sales manager if they could help with the second key. He was unwilling to do anything.

Just picked up my vehicle from the collision center and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Lindsay was so helpful especially when it came to dealing with the other driver’s less than satisfactory insurance company and those who worked on my car made it look like it never even had a scratch on it.
Walked in with a set goal in mind and not trying to get slapped around like the last dealership i dealt with. The detailing/reconditioning skills of Dave of Tasca GMC Woonsocket cannot be understated. This man absolutely deserves the recognition praise and a raise for what he did to our vehicle . I manage a local landscaping company and we brought one of our dump trucks in to be reconditioned and readied for sale. My car was having issues starting. It would start however it didn’t sound right when it was starting. I was given a quote for a new battery for over $300.00. My car has less than 30,000 miles and under 3 years old.
I was then told that I had to pay out of pocket because my car was not giving any codes my factory warranty would not cover the replacement battery. Yet despite no codes I was informed by the service department that my battery is about to fail.

I went there looking for a pre owned car and Tim showed me a few. I told him my budget and what I wanted and he brought me a beautiful Equinox. He helped my figure out how to drive the car, considering I had an old car and wasn’t sure what all the new tech was. I left there totally satisfied with the service I received. They were polite and very helpful. I would recommend seeing Tim for a car.
Eric in the service department is amazing! I had brought my car in for warrenty work for my radio and eric spent all the nessecary time with the warrenty company to find a solution. The radio was discontinued and tasca does not do after market parts. However eric continued to deal with CNA warrenties to get me information. I had to go elsewhere but in my sereral experiences with Eric, he goes above and beond to asist his customers!!

Avoid these guys! SKETCHY! Bought a traded in BMW. Tasca held car for 7 days after purchase to resolve a tire-sensor issue. They finally offered for me to take it home without fixing it and suggested i send them the bill. I needed the vehicle so I took it home and my 17 year old son resolved the issue in one hour.

I had some electrical issues with my car and couldn't find anyone locally to work on the problem in a timely or confident manner. I called Tasca in Woonsocket, 25 minutes from my location, after striking out with 5 other places. Polite, pleasant, speedy but thorough service at Tasca. Am pleased to recommend service dept at Tasca.
Came in on a Saturday morning for an oil change was done within a hour quick efficient service. Service advisor was professor and humble made the appointment a breeze. I wasn’t sold services just to make a profit if it wasn’t needed. I was told if I needed it or not which is respectful and keeps me aware that I’m not being haggled just for a quick sale.
Gabriella is a very knowledgeable and kind Service Advisor. She makes visiting your Service Department a pleasure.

I’ve bought two cars from there and had great experiences both times. Joe is an awesome salesman, both times he got me into the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I had a small issue with a loan payoff and it was taken care of almost immediately. The CEO and GM both called and apologized and took care of it for me. Highly recommend!
Our deal didn’t end up working out but we enjoyed our experience. We were looking and fell in love with a 2016 tahoe that came in on trade in. Tim was an amazing sales person put the vehicle through the service department to make sure everything was good to go. And unfortunately a lot was found wrong with the vehicle. It’s very rare in this day to not only find an honest sales person but also an honorable dealer. We will definitely be recommending Tasca to friends and family for this alone.
Just wow!!!. I was in a bind, transmission module needed. I called Imperial, where I bought my dually diesel truck in Mendon MA on July 15th. I told them I knew the problem, but a dealership had to do the job. They told me they could get me in on August 28th!! I said I really need my work truck by July 19th. I brought my car in for it's first service. When I arrived I was greeted right away by the service manager. The service manager was very nice and check in only took a few minutes. My car is an equinox ev and my service was done within 45 minutes. I will b bringing my car again for it's next service.

Tim was great made the process quick and easy. I have a suggestion for the GM. Make sure you provide two keys and an owners manual for all used cars. Make the customer pay a few hundred dollars more on top of the sale is cheesy. The price was not argued over at all.

Getting an appointment used to be difficult. Scheduling one for May at the end of April very easy. State inspections didn't seem welcome. Completed quickly and easily.
The service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly. My service was completed quickly and accurately.
We truly felt unpressured to make a purchase, but we found the Chevrolet Colorado on the lot. We were a little intimidated by the technology offered by the vehicle and once we came to pick up the truck our fears were taken care of by everyone on staff. We feel confident that we can get back to the dealership with any questions or problems and we would surely purchase another vehicle from them.
